植物中氮素感知和信号的研究进展

摘 要:

氮素是植物体内重要的营养物质和信号物质。为响应外界氮素的变化, 植物演化出复杂的调控网络来调控氮素的吸收和利用。本文综述了近年来植物中新发现的响应氮素的感受器、转运蛋白和信号, 着重阐述了它们在氮素感知和信号传导方面的功能。研究发现氮素的感知是众多外界因素作为局部信号来激发长距离信号从而协调整个系统信号的过程。理解这一复杂的信号调节网络将为提高植物对不同形态氮素的获取与利用的效率提供新的研究思路。

Abstract:

Nitrogen is an important nutrient and signal substance in plants. In response to external nitrogen (N) supplies, plants can stimulate complex regulatory networks for regulating the uptake and utilization of N. In this review, we highlight novel N-responsive sensors, transporters, and signaling molecules recently identified in plants, and emphasize their potential roles in N sensing and signaling. N sensing is a process of many external factors as local signals to stimulate the long-distance mobile signals to coordinate systemic signaling. Understanding this complex signal regulatory network will provide a foundation for the development of novel strategies to increase the root N acquisition efficiency under varying N conditions for plants.
